Change Makes Me Happy

F A L L ! !
Well as you can see I've changed my blog a little :) ITS FALL!!! its finally starting to cool down mmh I love fall maybe its because we have hundred degree weather here... I can't wait for Halloween and thanks giving. I love Halloween because its a time for all my friends get together and hang out I've been gone allot lately so it will be nice to hang out with them. I love thanksgiving cause I get to see all of my family I love to hear all the story's of when they were a kid and what they have been up to and getting to eat myself to death mmhm yep its a good Holiday. And my cuz is coming to town in a couple of weeks from Vermont they are going to stay at our house and look around town to see what there is haha it will be fun to see them its been a couple of years. so I'll Probably blog about it.

Fall! Probably the most beautiful times of the year I love it


It reminds me of home. when I was a kid I lived up in strawberry its so beautiful there during fall I remember the smell of the turning leaves and the sound of the wind and the fog in the morning and how crisp it looks after it rains

Learning New Stuff Makes Me Happy

Right now I'm trying to learn "Chasing Cars - Snow Patrol (Acoustic)" on my guitar I was listening to it on my ipod when I thought it would be a really cool song to learn haha I'm looking at the music and it doesn't look that hard... hopefully I'll be able to get it wish me luck! :D

Peach Days Make Me Happy

So I went to peach days on Saturday in hurricane with Ashley! it was so much fun we found some of the cutest jewelry and head bands and clips for a really good price :) it was so hot but way worth it we ate a banana split funnel cake mmmHhmMh!! so good and we put our names in a prize drawing thing haha we didn't win anything but it was still exciting... after that we went back to Ashley's so watch the byu game the first half we where loosing but we got ahead at some point but I'm not sure when because i fell asleep on Ashley's very Very comfortable couch when i woke up there was only a little left in the game but we won! Go BYU!

.Art Makes Me Happy.

I have come to realize that there is a van go in everyone no matter what they look like or how they act there is a true artist inside at times its hard to see what they are trying to say with their art but if you watch them you'll see how they are painting there life.


To see their art you must open your minds to see all the possibilities you first have to find what their art is, it might be poetry or being able to touch your soul with their piercing soft words that you hadn't thought was possible for a person to do.


Or it might be the art of paint. Seeing the beauty in others or landscape and being able to put it on a surface others would think is boring until the artist shows them the true beauty and potential of it.


The art to put together a broken heart doctors are artists they are able to do things that are unbelievable to others and they get to fix the broken and help that person who never thought they would run a marathon or see the light of a new day.


The art of seeing all the artists in the world who don't know there potential, these artists have the art of showing all the fallen and the average that there is more to them than they know and they just couldn't see or believe in themselves until the artist unlocks them.


It’s sad to see all the artist in the world who see all the other artist in the world but can’t see one of the best artists they’re the ones who tell themselves there not good for this world they just take away from the beauty there the ones who see the white canvas and see the potential of it but do nothing but criticize it because they can’t believe the others that walk by and say I've painted my best on that canvas and its one of the most beautiful masterpieces I've seen in my life.


If someone tells you your beautiful believe them, if someone says your voice is one of a kind start listening you might hear what they hear, if they tell you you're words are as sweet as honey start talking you could save a broken spirit, if they tell you you’re a great painter open your eyes you'll see the world in new ways, if they tell you you’re an amazing athlete cheer you could make another one.


Don't let an artist fall into the dark, make the world beautiful tell them the truth and open your eyes you'll see the masterpieces of the world.

I just Love salads! I could just live on them




I had a salad everyday during summer there quick and easy to make and they make you feel energetic and light unlike a burger and fries or something greasy.
I didn't want to get sick of eating salads so I mixed it up a bit everyday I would do something different, I would put chicken in one day and another I would have a chili salad or I would have a grilled cheese with Swiss instead of yellow and I would have a side salad Mmmh! so good!

I'm going to share some good salad recipes with you, who knows you might think about going green too!

Red, White and Blue Turkey Salad

Its a great salad for your 4Th of July picnic

6 cups (6 ounces ) baby spinach
8 ounces Butterball® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, cut into strips
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 can ( 8 ounces) pineapple chunks in juice, drained

1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper.

Honey Chicken Spinach Salad.

1 bag (6 ounces) baby spinach leaves
2 packages (6 ounces each) Butterball® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Strips
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup (about 3 ounces) fresh snow peas, blanched, trimmed
1/2 medium red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup honey mustard dressing.

Southwest Chicken Salad

One of my Favorites!

1 1/2 cups chunky salsa
1 cup canned black beans, rinsed, drained
1 package (10 ounces) torn romaine lettuce
1 cup broken tortilla chips
1 package (10 ounces) Butterball® Southwest Chicken Breast Strips
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

and let me tell you it was so Good! I'll most defiantly eat another one.

I went to this cute little cafe in the middle of town Its famous for its variety of delicious cupcakes! my favorite is probably chocolate but that's just because I'm a die hard chocolate addict

But really you need to go to this cute little cafe not only do they have good food but the decor is so creative I've never seen anything like it! And they have live bands play its really something!
